Pricing Structure
TicketMate Fiji operates on a 5% performance-based model. We only charge a fee on tickets successfully sold through our platform.
- If your event is listed as a free event, there will be no charges at all.
- No setup fees
- No monthly fees

Included Services
As part of our service offering, we will provide:

- Event listing and promotion support
- QR code ticket generation
- Real-time ticket validation system
- Reporting and attendee tracking
- 2 complimentary ticket scanners for hire during your event
Payment Processing
A 4% online payment processing fee will be applied to all tickets purchased online. This fee is charged directly to the customer during checkout.

- Transaction handling and fraud protection
